"HI, can i have one CREAM PUFF, PLEASE!!"
its torture walking past beard papa to and from work everyday.
actually, i live practically next to it, so i see it on weekends too.

rach: moved to london
ahhh how time flies..
i've been living in london for about 2 months already and got my first paycheck!!
here's to self-supporting........eeks!!!
although i've been good and have NOT shopped for more than a month (and counting!!)!!!
i believe its the whole psychological thing living in oxford circus, surrounded by shops.......
lets see how long before i crack and give in.

rach: just because
just because i paid £50 for this haircut at the ritz........i have to put a picture up just to make the most out of it!! erms, she curled my hair really nice! ...but after a super long shopping day at bicester and getting caught in the rain :( .........bleah, please excuse the face!
i don't exactly like spending loads on my hair because i like it the way it is, and it ALWAYS look the same after a few days!! i had a horrible freaaaaaking SHORT haircut when i was 13 so NOT planning to revisit that era anytime soon!! i cried for days and wore hats/caps/berets/swimming caps for 4-5 months till it grew out a little. (that was when i used to swim every/other day, hence the swimming cap)

rach: la-dee-da
i've been super busy packing 4 years worth of crap that i've accumulated in manchester and moving them down to london....... :(
(sad that i'm leaving but then again, london will be a change!) GUESS WHERE I IS STAYING IN LONDON heeeheee
and i'm graduating next weeek!!! my parents and little (not so little anymore) brothers are coming todayyyyy :))))) OOoh and daph is coming next week!!!
gahs i've got a random craving for SOUMADA today however after muchhhh googling, i think the only place that seem to have it is the sleepy town/village island of Nisyros in Greece!!!! (went there last summer :))) )
Soumada is this awesome sweet almond flavoured syrup/cordial which you mix with cold water... mmmmm....apparently it tastes like marzipan, but i think it tastes nicer than that!! i brought back a bottle and kilian finished it all in a couple of days!! SNIFFS
the soumada drink is in the two white-ish bottles on the left.
Nisyros is soOoOOo quiettt you can hear a pin drop! it is stuck in a time warp where people still need to pump or carry water up to their houses or something like that. unlike the other bigger tourist infested islands!! we were walking on a live volcanic crater in the last picture!! (which smells like fart btw due to the massive amounts of sulphur...which les happens to like....... no comment...)
so, anyone have a clueee where i can get this drink in london???
